ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

1. Our Commitment

OFA Group, Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands ("OFA Group," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to ensuring that the QikBIM platform, including the website located at www.qikbim.com and the QikBIM web portal located at app.qikbim.com (collectively, the "Services"), is accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that all users should be able to access and use the Services with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

2. Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform, to the extent commercially reasonable, with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to align with applicable accessibility laws, including, where applicable, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

In furtherance of this commitment, we take measures that may include:

  • Designing the Services with consideration for keyboard navigation, readable typography, sufficient color contrast, and clear page structure;

  • Using headings, labels, and alternative text where practicable to support assistive technologies such as screen readers;

  • Leveraging the accessibility features and tools made available by our website platform provider, Wix.com Ltd.;

  • Periodically reviewing the Services to identify and remediate accessibility issues; and

  • Considering accessibility as part of our ongoing development of new features.

4. Compatibility and Limitations

The Services are designed to be compatible with recent versions of major web browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Despite our efforts, some content or features of the Services may not yet be fully accessible, including certain interactive design tools, three-dimensional model viewers, dynamically generated drawings and documents, and content or functionality provided by third parties that we do not control. We are continuing to work to improve the accessibility of the Services over time, and full conformance with the standards described above is an objective rather than a representation of current status in all respects.
